Our products are refundable.  If you are not happy with your bikini or chose the wrong size, just contact us at info@mlyswimwear.com and send your purchase back to us within 14 working days. We will send you a replacement or refund you.

Return Shipping Costs: You as a buyer will have to pay for the return shipping costs. 

Please note, any product you return must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please try the bikinis on only with underwear and leave the hygienic sticker unit.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@mlyswimwear.com as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. MLYSwimwear will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

FREE SHIPPING for all EU countries. Delivers in 3-5 business days.

Shipments to outside the EU: 30€. Delivers in 3-7 business days.

Customs or tax fees for international, if applicable depends on each country so they are customers responsability (not included in the price).

We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

For Items available in stock it will be shipped out within 2 working days. If it appeared In stock but it run out of stock on the period of your purchase we will contact you to announce a new shipping date or to refund the amount.
